Damages and returns
Due to the single-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have been shipped out.
If your order was refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Custom Orders
If you placed a custom order with us and we already made your custom order, cancellation is not allowed. If we didn’t already make your custom order, then we will be able to cancel for you. You have 24 hrs to cancel any custom orders or to make changes to your custom orders. After 24 hours we can not promise that any changes can be made especially if we already started to make your order.Body Butters
Due to the nature of this product and it being made of butters and oils that melt in warm climates. We can not promise that this item will not be melted Bu the time it reaches you. We try our best to package this item to keep it cool so it can arrive it it’s original state. If you receive the body butter melted all you will need to do is put in the refrigerator for it to solidify. The body butter is still safe to use and still has all its amazing benefits. If buying body butters or any other product that can melt in the hot weather. We advise that you add an ice pack and the cold package to your order to ensure it arrives the way it should. But we can not guarantee that even with the ice packs that it won’t melt cause it’s out of our control.
