3. Strain the liquid into a dropper bottle, and you've got your tincture ready for use! 💧

**To Make an Extract (Carrier Oil-Based):**
1. Combine the 1/4 cup of Tea Blend with 1 cup of a carrier oil (such as olive oil) in a glass jar. If you going to use vegetable glycerin/distilled water use a 70/30 liquid blend)
2. Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for several weeks, shaking it daily for proper infusion.
