My co worker has been suffering from sciatica pain for weeks. Her Dr prescribed multiple medications that did no justice. She went to physical therapy that worsen the pains. This bar is tricky, there’s a process. Once you learn how to use it, it gets better. I’m still learning and adjusting. But smells great and does get creamy I just know you have to adapt to the bars! I’m still figuring out but the smell is amazing with the shampoo bar as well.
