• Extract Recipe: Craft an herbal extract by blending with vegetable glycerin or carrier oil. Detailed instructions for a 70/30 blend with distilled water are listed below.

1. Heat fresh, filtered water to just short of boiling.
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to an infuser or directly into an 8-oz. mug.
3. Pour heated water into the mug.
4. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
5. Strain or remove the infuser.

Combine 1/4 cup of dried Citrus Mint Zest with 1 cup of high-proof alcohol in a glass jar. Seal, store in a cool, dark place, shake daily for 2-6 weeks, strain, and use as directed.

**Extract Recipe:** 🍶🍃
Mix 1/4 cup of Citrus Mint Zest with 1/2 cup of vegetable glycerin or carrier oil. (combine 70% distilled water with 30% vegetable glycerin) Seal in a glass container, store in a cool, dark place, shake daily for 2-6 weeks, strain, and consume as needed. If using glycerin you want to mix a 70/30 ratio of glycerin/distilled water.
